The activity of showing banner or text ad impressions on our web site after the advertiser has purchased a certain number of impressions/clicks is called as "Ad campaign."

• We guarantee impressions/clicks of the advertiser's banner/text ad as purchased by the advertiser. Impression of a banner/text ad occurs when someone loads the banner image/text string in their web browser along with one of the static or dynamic pages on our web site.

• The advertiser will have to pay in full, entire amount of the ad campaign before the first impression/click is delivered. 

• Advertiser will not use the advertising to advertise illegal products or services including but not limited to pornography, hatred, defamation, banned products or services, pirated digital products, etc. Any such attempt will result in immediate cancellation of the advertiser's account and remaining advertising amount will be refunded.

• Advertiser will not display a banner/text string that can be deemed indecent, pornographic or provocative in nature. We reserve rights to deciding which banner/text ad falls in this category. If a banner/text ad is found to be falling in this category, we will cancel the account immediately and remaining advertising amount will be refunded.

• We hold rights to canceling any ad campaign at any time for any reason.

• Advertiser will be able to see important statistics about his/her ad campaign in real-time and will be allowed to make certain modifications while the campaign is running.
